Returns Policy

Due to the nature of Stamp With Love designs being Personalised and Customised,items cannot be returned or exchanged.

When ordering personalised items, it is the buyers full responsibility to provide the correct spelling of the names and details to be personalised on all Hand Stamped items.We highly encourage our customers to check all spelling and details to be stamped to ensure no errors.

All sales are final. If an order is cancelled by the customer prior to the commencement of stamping, a store credit will be issued.

Orders are individually Hand Stamped to order,once full payment is received.

If you wish to return non personalised/customised item(s), please include the order number you received and indicate the reason for the return. Forward the returned item(s) to the address appearing at the top of the receipt/invoice. Goods must be returned within 1 week of recieving your order and must be returned in original condition with original packaging. Returns are credited in the manner they were originally paid, excluding delivery. All shipping costs for the returns/and or future shipping,are at the buyer’s expense (excluding faulty items).

We do not exchange necklace chains due to change of mind,ordering wrong size or ordering wrong colour finish.

Due to the personalised nature of our items, we cannot refund if you change your mind or make an error in your order details. 
Authorised returns will be issued with a store credit, replacement or if possible the problem will be corrected (the descetion of Stamped With Love) Please contact us should you have any concerns.

If there is an error on our part (such as incorrect stamping or an incorrect item) returns will be permitted. In this case, you must return your unopened item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund/replacement within three weeks of returning your package,however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (approximately 3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

We reserve the right to guage our Quality, and strive to provide you with the Highiest Quality Hand Stamped Jewellery.

During our Christmas Festive Closure,any orders placed after the closing date will NOT be Refunded.Orders wil be Shipped out during the time indicated on Website Header. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they read our Website Header. Shipping

We Ship to Australia and Worldwide.

As each personalised jewellery piece is custom made, there is a small wait time. The current turn-around time is approximately 2 weeks from order until dispatch. However, we will always create and process your order as quickly as possible, often resulting in a faster dispatch.

Our turn-around time during peak times such as Christmas,Mother's Day and Father's Day can take alittle longer,however we will do our best to dispatch within a reasonable time.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, regardless of how many items you purchase.(within Australia ONLY)

Standard Shipping within Australia is $8.50 via Australia Post - with delivery taking on average 5-10 business days from dispatch date. A signature may be required on delivery.

All parcels include a tracking number. When your order is completed and sent, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number that can be tracked on Australia Post's website. At times tracking lodgements can experience a delay in updates, Australia Post advises to wait a few days until your package arrives in the local sort facility centre, where tracking will be updated.

 

Stamped With Love hold no liability for any lost items, damage or delays after they have been Lodged and Dispatched with Australia Post. Depending on your location Australia post can take up to 5-10 working days to deliver.  If you have not received your parcel in this timeframe please contact us so we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.In the event that Australia Post fail to deliver your item, we can then work on replacing your item,once the Investigation has been completed by Australia Post, following their Enquiry Terms and Conditions.

 
All orders are sent out with a label instructing Australia Post not to leave the parcel unattended should no one be available to accept it on delivery.The parcel will then be returned to the nearest Post Office and a card will be left in your mail box.It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is picked up from the Post Office within the time frame allocated.Stamped With Love takes no responsibility for orders that have been returned,once order has been attempted to be delivered.Any orders returned to Stamped With Love will only be shipped out again,once the customer pays for the cost of the order to be shipped out again.The cost to repost an order is $7.95.This payment is to be made via Paypal using sales@stampedwithlove.com.au

 

 

International Postage

Stamped With Love offers Worldwide Shipping.This is calculated in $AUD automatically at check out, depending where the item needs to be sent.All items are sent via Australia Post and are Registered with a tracking number which allows you to follow the location of your item.Shipping Internationally can sometimes take alittle longer to receive (each country has different processing times) therefore, we recommend you allow enough time for you to receive your Hand Stamped Jewellery to avoid disappointment.Usually Shipping Internationally can take up to 10 Business Days from Dispatch date.Some countries many charge additional fees which may include and is not limited to taxes, on pick up or delivery.Any additional International fees incurred,will be payable by the customer.Stamped With Love is not responsible for any other International fees incurred on pick up/delivery.

Should there be no sign of your package,we encourage you to check with your local post office, or contact them as soon as possible.
